| ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY

PASADA GLOBAL RESOURCES LTD believes that our natural environment, which is of vital importance to all-living things, must be protected at all times.

We shall, in pursuance of our technical objectives, recognize the significance of the environment by conducting our activities in such a way as to achieve maximum protection of the environment. We shall also put in place necessary measures aimed at rectifying the environment, when unavoidable damage is done.
Audit of work areas shall form an integral part of our routine site audits.
All workers shall participate in activities aimed at developing and sustaining awareness of the need to protect and rescue work and third party environment.

| SAFETY POLICY

PASADA GLOBAL RESOURCES LTD accords safety a high premium in the course of executing its projects by ensuring that equipment and personnel meet all required safety standards in terms of provision and application. To achieve this:

• All equipment shall be thoroughly inspected and certified fit-for- purpose before use.
• Only trained and qualified operators shall be employed to operate equipment at worksite.
• The workforce or personnel shall be provided with the required personal protective equipment (PPE) to mitigate the impact/ effect(s) of incident.
• For any work to start the job hazard analysis/ risk assessment shall be carried out as to outline the associated or inherent risks as well as control measures to manage such risks.
• Any work considered “unsafe” should not be started, while any work that has commenced and later observed to be “unsafe” shall be stopped immediately.
• All works shall be covered by the appropriate or necessary permit-to-work (PTW either main or complimentary), safety codes, standards and procedures both at local and international levels.
• All sub-contractors shall comply with all safety rules and regulations.
• All observations and recommendations towards enhancing PASADA GLOBAL RESOURCES LTD safety performance shall be implemented.
• Awareness training and cascading of safety technologies and information shall be organized among staff for better safety results.
• Good safety performances shall be nicely rewarded while poor safety performance shall attract consequent management.
• To effectively enforce or implement these measures, a safety Manager or coordinator, safety superintendent, safety supervisors and safety Officers shall be employed to monitor or supervise all safety-related activities at site as to ensure compliance at all times.
